• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
• All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• A restocking fee of 25% applies to all returned items.
• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
